Jagapathi Babu Sidelined In Maharshi?

Once upon a time, Veteran actor Jagapathi Babu used to rule Telugu box office. In '90s, he has delivered a string of hits 'Shubhalagnam', 'Pelli Pandiri' among others which were declared blockbuster hits at the box office. Some time back, Jagapathi Babu's career was in a rough phase.The passion and dedication towards his craft have made him come back to the movies.

The zeal of entertaining the audiences is still a strong factor for him. In general cases, most of the actors choose to play father roles but Jagapathi Babu has wisely picked to play varied roles.

He made a grand comeback with 'Legend' not as a hero but as a negative character. Jagapathi Babu's performance in 'Legend' was hailed by all section of audiences. Jagapathi Babu who was happy with audiences' warming response decided to continue with the same roles.

Post 'Legend', Jagapathi Babu went on to essay the antagonist roles in various top actors' films such as 'Nannaku Prematho', 'Rangasthalam', 'Aravinda Sametha' and recent outing 'Maharshi'. Jagapathi Babu made everyone take notice of his performances in all mentioned films except 'Maharshi'.

He hasn't clicked amongst the movie buffs as it was with 'Rangasthalam' and 'Aravinda Sametha' of last year releases. Have you observed Jagapathi Babu was away during 'Maharshi' promotions?
