Actor Prabhas earned worldwide recognition thanks to the Baahubali franchise. Post the astounding success of Baahubali, the producers became richer by a few hundred crores while most of the cast, including Prabhas, have raised their remuneration for future projects.

Interestingly, with the outcome of Baahubali, expectations have reached new heights for Prabhas' next movies.

Made on a budget of Rs 430 crore, the franchise set a huge benchmark for the Telugu film industry to work on big-budget movies. Prabhas also has decided to star in big-budget movies to keep up the nation-wide appeal for his upcoming movies. The actor even stated that he will choose to star in big-budget movies as the expectations of the audience on him have increased with the success of Baahubali.

Currently, Prabhas is busy with the shoot of his upcoming movies - Saaho and Jaan. Both the movies are being made on huge-scale budgets. While Sujeeth directorial Saaho is being made with a budget of Rs 300 crore, Radha Krishna Kumar’s film Jaan is not far behind.

As per the latest updates, the makers of Jaan are spending a whopping Rs 30 Cr just for the sets of the movie. It is learned that eight vintage sets have been erected at the Ramoji Film City to capture an archaeological Italian aspect for the film.

Pooja Hegde is on the board to play the female lead in Jaan, which is being produced under Gopi Krishna Movies and UV Creations banners.

Meanwhile, Saaho is in its last leg of shooting and is slated to release on August 15 this year. One of the most-anticipated movies of the year, Saaho is an action entertainer and is being termed as the most expensive Indian film. With renowned international stunt choreographer Kenny Bates roped in for action sequences, the expectations are riding high for this movie.
