Mahesh Maharshi A Rehash Of Srimanthudu, Bharat Ane Nenu: Buzz
Undoubtedly, Superstar Mahesh Babu's forthcoming flick 'Maharshi' is the most awaited films of the year. 'Maharshi' is poised to break box office records in India on May 9. The trailer and teaser have received a thumbs up from all quarters.
Mahesh Babu fans can't wait to see him in three different shades which is the first time in the actor's career. 'Maharshi' is touted to be an action drama where it showcases the relationship between son and father.
It also focuses on friendship with Allari Naresh essaying a prominent role which is said to be one of the highlights of the film. Mahesh and the filmmakers are busy with promotional activities. Today, they have released a song 'Idhe Kadha Nee Katha' on YouTube. It is being lapped up music lovers and is already topping the charts. If the buzz is to be believed on social media about 'Maharshi' that it is a mix 'Bharat Ane Nenu', 'Srimanthudu' and 'Nannaku Prematho'. Here are a few instances why such buzz has generated amongst the audiences. Firstly, the press conference of 'Maharshi' which was seen in the trailer had similarities with Bharat Ane Nenu. Jagapathi Babu will be essaying the role of the baddie in the movie. 'Maharshi' will even highlight the point of son and father. In this view, it could have a similarity of 'Nannaku Prematho'. Also, the village aspects of Srimanthudu seem to have held some inspiration for this movie as per the glimpses showed in the trailer.
It is being speculated that the second half of 'Maharshi' would be a mix of all his previous films. Really, we have no clue about it. We have waited for so long what's in store for us. Let us wait another four days to find out if these rumours are really true or not.
Maharshi is directed by Vamsi Paidipally who previously helmed 'Oopiri' and 'Yevadu', both of which were hits at the box office. Pooja Hegde would be seen as the love interest of Mahesh Babu.
