Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu has carved a niche for himself in the film industry. One of the hugely awaited films of the year is 'Maharshi' which is going to be extra special to the actor as it marks his 25th film, which is a milestone in his career. For a very long time, Mahesh fans are eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of 'Rishi'. The makers treated the Telugu audience to the teaser of 'Maharshi' on Ugadi which went on to create records on Youtube.

The number of eyeballs the video has captured is proof enough to show how desperately the public is waiting for the film. The teaser clocked over 15 million views on Youtube in record time and received a thumping response from all corners.

When the wax statue of Mahesh Babu wax was unveiled, the actor openly admitted that he was super confident about the success of 'Maharshi'. Further speaking, Mahesh Babu stated that he will go on a longer holiday than he did before the release of his previous movie Bharat Ane Nenu. It may be mentioned here that Mahesh often goes on a family outing during his movie release.

According to sources, Mahesh Babu is looking forward to taking a short break before he starts 'Maharshi' movie promotions. The actor is heading to a foreign place to enjoy a ten-day vacation with his kids to unwind after the long movie schedule. That's why Mahesh Babu is a man of word. Back to Maharshi, the film is directed by Vamsi Paidipally and also stars Pooja Hegde in lead roles. The film will hit the marquee on May 9 in thetares worldwide.
