There were many reports that 'Maharshi' would be postponed to mid-May. The filmmakers have officially announced that they are going to release it on April 25. The film is expected to go into pre-production stage by the end of this month. It has been learned that Mahesh Babu has urged filmmakers to kickstart the movie promotion of 'Maharshi' by the second week of April. Sometime back, Mahesh Babu officially announced that his next movie would be with Sukumar. Latest news doing the rounds is that Mahesh Babu has walked out on the project citing creative difference. Sukumar has narrated three stories to Mahesh Babu but so far nothing has worked out between them. It is being speculated Mahesh Babu has rejected all the three stories of Sukumar. Before 'Bharat Ane Nenu' Mahesh Babu has two flops in his list: 'Brahmotsavam' and 'Spyder'. Mahesh Babu last release 'Bharat Ane Nenu' raised his career graph up.
