Stop Bodyshaming: Anushka’s Fans Request People  

Gorgeous actress Anushka Shetty has taken the internet by storm last week with her latest pictures. Her pictures were loved by her fans who widely circulated them on social networks. After a long hiatus, Anushka Shetty is back in the news and movies. A while back, it was rumoured that Anushka Shetty has turned down the offer of 'Saaho'. Actually, Prabhas has believed to suggest Anushka's name as the leading lady for 'Saaho'. Anushka had rejected it citing weight issues. She reportedly lost so many projects in this regard. Recently, she came to pay respects to Telugu director Kodi Ramakrishna who passed away with health issues. All celebrities rushed to his home to pay homage and condolences to his family. Anushka and Kodi Ramakrishna shared a special rapport with each other.

Anushka's breakthrough movie, Arundhati was given by Kodi Ramakrishna. Few sections of audiences, instead of supporting the grieving family began making comments on Anushka Shetty's weight. In the meantime, Anushka's last big screen appearance was in 'Bhaagamathie' which did reasonably well at the box office. She will very soon kick start the shoot of her new movie 'Silence' which will be directed by Hemant Madhukar who is known for his work on films like ‘A Flat’, ‘Vastadu Naa Raju’ and ‘Mumbai 125 KM’.
