SS Rajamouli earned global fame with his epic blockbuster, Baahubali. Rajamouli has become one of the most sought directors in the film industry. The director is currently working on his next movie, tentatively titled RRR featuring Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles.

Thanks to all three prominent personalities of the industry coming together for a movie, RRR has been hogging limelight from the word go.

Latest reports suggest that Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has been approached for the movie. The actor, who is closely associated with Rajamouli is rumoured to be in talks for a pivotal role in the movie.

He previously lent his voice for the Hindi version of Telugu movie, Eega. Ajay Devgn along with his wife Kajol dubbed for SS Rajamouli's movie Makkhi.

However, setting the record straight, Ajay Devgn said that he was not even approached for the role, further dismissing them as rumours.

In a IB Times report, the actor was quoted saying, "I'm not part of 'RRR' project. If opportunity really does come to me definitely I will declare it officially".

Meanwhile, director Rajamouli was also quizzed regarding the same. The director, instead said let the media speculate.

While the makers of the movie haven't yet made an official announcement regarding the female lead, several names such as Alia Bhatt and Parineeti Chopra are doing the rounds for the role.
