Telugu audiences consider A-list actors like Jr NTR, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas among others as their saviours. Sometimes heroes take up brave and challenging roles to enthral the audiences. They do a lot of prepping up for their role and transform their body for movies. Actors even get injured on sets while shooting high octane action scenes. The filmmakers have their own vision of what heroism means. Sometimes, by keeping the actor's image in mind, they depict the character of a hero. Now, we are here to talk about who is the best movie maker or storyteller in Tollywood. Now, while we don't mean to demean any filmmaker here, we are only considering two names as they have recently delivered some fantastic movies. Is it Rajamouli or Koratala Siva?

Every movie directed by SS Rajamouli has given a brand and image to the actors who have associated with him. If you take Baahubali, Magadheera, Eega and a few others, they all have beautiful themes. Rajamouli movies comprises all necessary ingredients of a potboiler- emotion, love and action. Rajamouli knows the pulse of the audiences are never once disappointed with him. Rajamouli's Baahubali is regarded as one of the best films not only in Tollywood but in Indian cinema. Rajamouli is one of the successful directors and we could happily boast of him being a great story teller.

Coming to Koratala Siva, most of the movies revolve around social issues which leaves a huge impact on the audience. He deals with every day problems that affect people's lives. If you recall, Koratala Siva's Srimanthudu which starred Mahesh Babu in the lead role showcased adopting village which were falling prey to migration due to the industralisation threat. Koratala changed everyone's perspective about vilage. It's worth mentioning here that Srimanthudu inspired several actors to adopt villages. His last movie Bharat Ane Nenu highlighted the need for social responsibilities of citizens.The film dealt with issues like local governance, education, health, corruption, traffic, and others that continues to dominate headlines. Like Srimanthudu, Bharat Ane Nenu left a huge impact in the minds of the public. Mahesh Babu certainly seems to the favourite actor of Koratala Siva. The duo's combo never fails to create waves at the box office. We are not even saying that Koratala Siva is not a good storyteller. He's great at holding a mirror to societal issues on the silver screen.

Finally, it is your choice to decide who is the best storyteller in Tollywood. In our opinion, Rajamouli and Koratala have two different mindsets of telling tales in different ways, both of which are loved by all section of audiences. We would love to watch both directors' movies and their work speaks better than their name or brand.
