Hyderabad: Actor Ram Charan is considered one of the richest actors in the Telugu film industry. Coming from the Megastar family, the actor is already witnessed luxury at its finest. Now, in his list of ridiculously expensive things, Ram Charan has added another one - a new house which the actor bought in Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad.

According to the reports, the house is being touted as one of the costliest residences owned by any celebrity in the entire South Indian film industry. Speculated to have been constructed at a whopping Rs 38 crore, Ram Charan surely knows how to spend his money.

He is one of Tollywood's highest paid actors with an approximated net worth of Rs 1300 crore. Even though his latest flick, 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' didn't fare well at the box office, his release in 2018, Rangasthalam went onto even break Baahubali’s records.

Ram Charan's next is with director SS Rajamouli and is tentatively titled as RRR. Rumour mills suggest that Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt will feature opposite Ram in the movie also starring Jr NTR in the lead role.
