It wouldn't be wrong, if we said Mahesh Babu could have promoted Jr NTR as a brand of Chief Guest for Telugu movie events. During Bharat Ane Nenu audio launch, Mahesh Babu had extended an invitation to Jr NTR to be the Chief Guest to the prestigious event. It was great for fans to see Mahesh Babu and Jr NTR sharing the stage. The success of Bharat Ane Nenu was evident which it became one of the highest grossing films in 2018.

This year, Jr NTR appeared as the chief guest at even Balakrishna's NTR Kathanayakudu. Few years back, Jr NTR and Balakrishna weren't on good terms. Their patch up raised hopes that Jr NTR doesn't hold grudges or have any qualms about letting bygones be bygones with his family or friends. Recently, Jr NTR even graced the pre-release event of Akkineni Akhil's Mr.Majnu. It is being speculated that When Jr NTR accepted the proposal made by Akhil for the event to save the date and time.
