Varun Role In F2 First Went To Nithiin?  

Mega actor Varun Tej is a man of the moment. He is currently on cloud nine over his recent outing F2: Fun and Frustration. He was last seen in Anthariksham which was a commercial failure at the box office. But Varun was praised for his performance in the first space thriller in Telugu. Varun Tej's F2 is the first blockbuster hit of this year. We bet the Varun Tej movie is all set to emerge as the biggest hit among the Sankranthi releases. For the first time, he was featured in a multi-starrer in which he shared screen space with Victory Venkatesh. Those who don't know, Venkatesh-Varun's F2 is faring well at the box office.

Latest we hear is that Varun Tej was not the first choice for filmmakers for the movie. Anil Ravipudi, we hear, had first considered casting Nithiin but he the latter reportedly declined due to his prior commitments. Nithiin has the perfect Telangana accent which could have helped the role, a reason why filmmakers considered his name first. However, Nithiin's rejection favoured Varun Tej and brought him back on success track. Currently, Varun Tej's career graph is steady. Now, we are wondering if Nithiin is regretting his decison to reject F2. Answers are best known to him. On the other hand, an official confirmation from Nithiin about his rejection of F2 is awaited.

In between, Nithiin is busy with the shoot of Dagudu Muthalu which is being directed by Harish Shankar. The movie will hit the screens soon.
