Kannada actor Yash's latest offering KGF is facing a box office battle with Bollywood big ticket film Shah Rukh Khan's Zero. Both the movies hit theatres on December 21. Despite facing huge competition from Zero, the Kannada flick is doing good business at the ticket window. So far, KGF and Zero have earned Rs 37.14 crores approximately within two days at the domestic box office. One thing that cannot be denied is that KGF has become the first choice for movie goers to watch this Christmas. KGF has opened with positive reviews as well as having a dream run at the box office.

KGF first weekend collections are expected to be around Rs 35 Crores approximately. Let's see how the film performs in the coming days. On the other hand, KGF has released in five languages and ruling the roost with each passing day without any decline.

Vijay Kiragandur has produced the film under the banner Hombale films. KGF is written and directed by Prashanth Neel. The film stars Srinidhi Shetty and Anantnag in prominent roles while Tamannaah Bhatia is seen in a special song.
