Will Yash Overtake Prabhas to Bollywood?
Kannada actor Yash and his latest outing KGF are grabbing the headlines ever since the film hit theatres. There is a buzz on social media that Yash might emerge as the best actor of this year in Sandalwood with KGF. It wouldn't be wrong if we said he's the man of the moment as congratulatory messages have been pouring in for Yash from celebrities especially from Tollywood. During the KGF movie promotions, we saw Yash bonding with Baahubali's Prabhas and Rajamouli. Creator of Baahubali series Rajamouli promoted the movie in Telugu states.
Looks like the film is earning returns. It is learnt that KGF is having a dream run at the box office surpassing Padi Padi Lechi Manasu and Antariksham at the box office. That's not all, KGF is giving tough competition to Shah Rukh Khan's Zero at the domestic box office. The dubbed version of Hindi KGF has started creating wonders at the ticket window.
KGF has created as much buzz as Prabhas's Baahubali in India. Before the release of the movie, Yash was being dubbed the next Prabhas. But, Yash openly stated that he wants to be second to none and happy Yash. On the ther side, Yash idolises Prabhas and considers hik as the demi god. Prabhas too became a global sensation after being a regional actor. Now, the same seems to be happening with Yash too who's become a sensation after KGF release.
It is being speculated that Yash name is now doing the rounds for Bollywood films. Yash's demand in the other film industries has gone far higher than expected. It wouldn't be a surprise if Yash steps into Bollywood. There were talks that Prabhas was flooded with offers of movies from Hindi after he became a pan India sensation. However, the Telugu rebel star couldn't sign on the dotted line as he had prior commitments. Now, with the same news doing the rounds for the Kannada rocking star, It appears Yash will likely overtake Prabhas in making Bollywood debut. Still, it is not clear whether Yash has the desire to work with Bollywood filmmakers. So let's wait for an official confirmation about Yash's debut in Bollywood is awaited.
