Venky Kudumula, a director who won many hearts with his debut film Chalo is all set to direct his next film. After acheving great success with Chalo, he had been working on a script for his next from a long time. He wants to be more careful about his second directorial venture since most of the filmmakers fail to retain success after their first flick. He gave a sensational hit to actor Naga Shourya. Venky has introduced Kannada actress Rashmika Mandanna to Tollywood with Chalo who is also playing the female lead role in his upcoming film.

The movie is officially titled Bheeshma and the title itself is catchy. Actor Nithiin will be playing the lead role in this film. Nithiin, Rashmika and director Venky tweeted on their official Twitter handles revealing the details. Here are the tweets posted by them.

Rashmika Mandanna is grabbing every opportunity that is coming her way. The back to back success of films has made her one of the most sought-after actresses in South Indian Film Industry. Though she belongs to Sandalwood, she has earned a massive fan following in Tollywood. With Geetha Govindam, She became the perfect romantic heroine. Her next film Dear Comrade is being shot in Hyderabad, Vijay Deverakonda plays the male lead in the film.

After Srinivasa Kalyanam, Nithiin is getting ready for Bheeshma. When director Venky narrated the plot, the star has okayed the script in one sitting. This is going to be a pure love story. The producers and the cast and crew of the film will be revealed soon. The scriptwork is the final stages and very soon, the film's official launch will take place.
