Vishweshwar Reddy Threatens To File Defamation Case On TRS’s Horse Trading Remark

Hyderabad: Rejecting former TRS MLA Marri Janardhan Reddy's allegations of horse trading against him, Chevella MP Konda Vishweshwar Reddy said the allegations stemmed out of the TRS's fear of loss to Praja Kutami in the elections. He responded to the former Nagarkurnool MLA's allegations that the Congress was trying to buy out TRS legislators.

Vishweshwar Reddy, who joined the Congress recently, asked if the TRS leader was vulnerable to being bought with a single phone call. He is making the comments fearing loss.

"It was Janardhan Reddy who called me. He should stop making baseless allegations. I am in touch with around 50 TRS leaders," he said.

The Chevella MP further said the TRS and the MIM were fearing loss in the election. I demand Janardhan Reddy to release the call recording that he is talking about, he added.

He threatened to file a defamation case if the TRS makes any further allegations.
