Rajinikanth’s 2.0 Breaks Mahesh’s Businessman Record
Only few days are left to witness a spectacular film of Rajinikanth's 2.0. The sci-fi venture, which is scheduled to hit the screens on November 29 has already achieved milestone before its release through the film's pre-release business which has got Rs 120 Cr. It is a record price for any Tamil film.On top of it, Rajinikanth's 2.0 is first the film to cross Rs 100 Cr mark.
2.0 tickets are selling out like hot cakes across the nation and for any fan Rajinikanth's film release is always like a festival to his fans. 2.0 is breaking every possible record in Tamil as well as of Telugu and it is for the first time that Rajinikanth's film will have the widest release in India and foreign countries. Rajinikanth has broken the record set by Prabhas Baahubali in terms of screens. People are betting big time on 2.0's content that it could have potential to break another few records of Baahubali. Many big ticket films were released but none of them have beaten Mahesh Babu's record.

Rajinikanth 2.0 is directed by S Shankar and it is a sequel of Robot which was released in the year 2012. Akshay Kumar will be playing the villain in the film. Trade analyst predicts that Akshay Kumar would have his career-best opening on the first day with 2.0 .Akshay's desire was to work with Rajinikanth came true when makers approached him for the role despite drawing a negative opinion among his fans. Akshay took it as a challenge to enthrall his fans with a never seen avatar, for which he put in a lot of hard work as the make up for his look would take almost three hours to put , but the pleasure of acting with Rajnikanth had made it easy for him, he said in an interview.
