Do you remember Vishal's Pandemkodi which was released way back in 2015. A dubbed version of the film in Telugu was also released and became a blockbuster hit at the ticket window. Lately, Pandemkodi 2 is on cards and set for a grand release on October 18.

What caught our attention was the news that Tollywood A-lister actors met Vishal to buy the Telugu remake rights  Pandemkodi 2 which is all set to hit theatres. And guess which actors met him? None other than Junior NTR and Ram Charan.

Vishal, we hear, was not keen on selling the rights to them as the producer of the film was his father. Vishal and his father have denied reports that selling rights to NTR and Ram Charan. Vishal stated to a leading tabloid that he got a chance to prove his versatility to Telugu audiences with that film.

If Vishal sold the rights of the film to NTR, Junior NTR could have remade the film. At the time, Ram Charan too was struggling to become a labelled actor in the Telugu film industry at that time. Ram Charan would have thought a remake of  Pandemkodi would work for him at the box office. Vishal could have earned enough for selling the rights of the film. But he didn't. Now, he's all set to make a comeback this month to woo us with a sequel. It is a known fact that Vishal reached greater heights with the film.

The film is directed by Linguswamy and Keerthy Suresh is all set to reprise the role of Meera Jasmine in Pandem Kodi.
