AR Murugadoss Cameo in Vijay Deverakonda’s  NOTA

Vijay Deverakonda is riding high on the praise coming his way from his fans and audiences for his top notch performance in Geetha Govindam. According to sources, Geetha Govindam has achieved a rare feat in Nizam region by earning Rs 20 Cr at the box office. On the other hand, the same film has earned $2.5 million mark at the US box office.

Speculation is rife that Deverakonda wants to encash the craze and popularity for his upcoming political thriller NOTA. Yes you read that right. The film is set for a grand release on October 4.

Rumors are flying thick and fast in Tollywood circles that Director AR Murugadoss of Spyder would  be seen in a guest role in Deverakonda's NOTA. It marks Vijay's debut in Kollywood. He is reeling under pressure to click amongst the Kollywood audiences with NOTA that would be the reason they have roped in AR Murugadoss.

NOTA is helmed by Anand Shankar who posted a tweet on his twitter handle and made an official confirmation about AR Murugadoss role in the film. Check out his tweet:

Anand Shankar was formerly an assistant to Murugadoss and has worked in films like Thuppakki and Kaththi. A.R. Murugadoss has been busy with the post-production works of his upcoming film with Vijay, Sarkar, which is gearing up for Diwali release.

Just a while back, the makers of the movie released the theatrical trailer from the film which has attracted eyeballs and raised curiosity levels about the film. It remains to be seen if Vijay Deverakonda's could break Geetha Govindam's box office records at the ticket window. Vijay Deverakonda will be seen playing  Chief Minister with Baahubali actors Nassar and Sathyraj in key roles.
