Kaushal is the founder and CEO of Model Management Agency "The Looks Productions."

Kaushal used to be a model before stepping into films and he modeled for over 230 commercials in India.

He marked his debut in Telugu with Rajakumarudu which starred Mahesh Babu. He was seen as a supporting star in the film. He has also worked with Prabhas in Mr.Perfect as Kajal's brother-in-law which became a blockbuster hit at the box office.

Kaushal's father Manda Sundaraiah is also an actor.
