Why Shahid Kapoor’s House Is Worth 56 Crores!

Shahid Kapoor is hitting the headlines in a big way these days. During media interaction, Shahid was asked about Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas' engagement, he said""Many, many congratulations to Priyanka and Nick. Marriage is a beautiful thing, I can say that from my experience and I wish her all the best." For those who don't know, Shahid dated Priyanka way back in 2008 during Kaminey film. Shahid's posh apartment which was bought for a fancy price of Rs 56 Cr which is located in central Mumbai, is now the cynosure of all eyes. If one were to go by news reports, Shahid’s new flat is located on the 42nd-43rd floors of Tower B of Three Sixty West, and the portions of the two floors measure 427.98 square metre and 300.48 sq m, including a balcony spanning 40.88 sq m. The total area adds up to 801.30 sq m, or 8,625 sq ft.

Shahid told a leading tabloid that he had to make an investment. "I have bought a new home in Central Mumbai. It will be a year-and-a-half, perhaps even two, before we do the interiors and move in there. However, it’s an investment that I needed to make. I have a much smaller home in Juhu and with two children (the second one arriving in September), the requirement of the family has changed.”

Shahid and Mira Rajput got married in the year 2015. They have a beautiful daughter Misha now who is making headlines with her new pictures. Shahid and Mira Rajput are expecting their second child, due in September. Shahid could take a small break from his hectic schedule to be beside Mira around delivery time.

Meanwhile, Shahid is occupied with Batti Gul Meter Chalu which is being directed by Shree Narayan Singh. He is doing a remake of Telugu film Arjun Reddy which may roll out by the end of this month. Arjun Reddy director Sandeep Vanga has asked Shahid to grow his beard a little more so that they can start the film shoot. Shahid's remake of the Telugu hit Arjun Reddy might go on floors, shortly.
