It is worth mentioning here that Geetha Govindam has already bagged fifth spot among top ten telugu films of 2018.

Based on Geetha Govindam's five day collections, the film has raked in $1.5 million and could turn out to be a blockbuster hit.The film has been received a thumping response from several quarters.

The film has managed to collect $217,071 on its sixth day at the overseas box office. Geetha Govindam is a beautiful love story in which Vijay Deverakonda meets Rashmika in a bus. A misunderstanding during the journey changes her impression of him. How Deverakonda convinces her forms the crux of the story.

Director Parasuram and Deverakonda are basking in the success of Geetha Govindam. Both the stars were seen on Bigg Boss Telugu 2 in last week's episode. Deverakonda had a a gala time in the house.

Meanwhile, Deverakonda will be next seen in Taxiwala and NOTA which are slated for release by end of this year. Geetha Govindam is a hattrick for Deverakonda after two blockbuster hits like Pelli Choopulu and Arjun Reddy.
