It has been eleven years since Kajal made her Telugu films debut with Lakshmi Kalyanam. There has been no looking back for the actress since then. She has shared screen space with many star actors in the Telugu industry and continues to be in the limelight with her movies Mersal, Awe and MLA which raked huge collections at the box office.

And now, the Nene Raju Nene Mantri actress has signed few movies to act alongside Bellamkonda Srinivas and Gopichand. The news of Kajal giving her nod to Gopichand's movie shocked many people as the actor has not delivered any hits after Jil. It is also learnt that Kajal hiked her remuneration to act with Gopichand for the same reason. The grapevine also has it that the actress has demanded a whopping of Rs 1.2 crore for the movie.

Gopichand's latest offering Pantham went on to join the flop list with lowest box office collections. Starting from Soukhyam, the actor received continued flops with Goutham Nanda, Oxygen, Aaradugula Bullet and the recent Pantham.

Touted to be an action entertainer, the Kajal-Gopichand starrer will go on floors in this September. Kumar Sai is making directorial debut with the film which is being bankrolled by BVSN Prasad. This is the first time that the two actors are sharing the screen space.
