Shruti Haasan Item Number in Nag Chaitanya movie?

Shruti Haasan has been missing from the limelight for long now. Her fans miss seeing her on the silver screen. Here is some good news for all those waiting to see her. Shruti is all set to enthrall telugu audiences.

She was last seen in Pawan Kalyan's Katamarayudu which proved to be a dud at the box office. It is learnt that the makers of Sailaja Reddy Alludu had been scouting for an established actress to do an item song in the Naga Chaitanya film.

Earlier, the filmmakers are believed to have approached Kajal and Rakul Preet to perform a sizzling number but they rejected the offer due to their prior other professional commitments. Latest we hear is that Shruti Haasan is likely to shake her legs for a peppy number in Naga Chaitanya's upcoming flick Sailaja Reddy Alludu which features Ramya Krishna and Anu Emmanuel in key roles along with Chai. It remains to be seen if Shruti Haasan will give her consent to this film.

On the career front, Shruti is yet to announce her next project. Naga Chaitanya who has been busy with Savyasachi is reportedly eyeing August 15 release. Naga Chaitanya's next film will be with his wife Samantha which was launched a few days ago.
