Post Srimanthudu, Mahesh Babu adopted his ancestral village Burripalem near Tenali. He developed the village by getting a school constructed, roads laids among other things. Mahesh Babu and his wife Namrata also sponsor an NGO called NRI Seva Foundation to nurture sports talent in the country. The NGO seeks to provide a vast range of facilities to them.
