Samantha Breaks Silence On RRR Role

Rumours over actress Akkineni Samantha's rejection of director Rajamouli's offer in his upcoming multi-starrer RRR made rounds in Tollywood town recently. After Rajamouli's blockbuster hit Baahubali, the multi-starrer is turning out to be one of the most ambitious projects of the Telugu industry. And it has every reason to be anticipated, with a tempting competition of actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR as the male lead stars, while the director is learnt to be still in search of an actress for the promising project.

However, Samantha clarified on her rumoured involvement in the RRR movie unit, in an interview to Sakshi. "How can I reject an offer that I have not been approached for?" he said.

Samantha, who is currently on a hat-trick with the success of Mersal, Rangasthalam, and Mahanati, is gearing up for her next releases Seema Raja, U-Turn and Super Delux. Abhimanyudu, a recent release movie of hers, also received an overwhelming response from the audience. In a double delight for Samantha's fans, U-Turn and Seema Raja are scheduled to be released on September 13.
