How Much Will Amazon Prime Video Pay Sanju Makers?

Sanju Amazon Prime Video:Director Rajkumar Hirani movies never miss a chance to join prestigious box office clubs—be it Rs 100 Cr or Rs 200 Cr. The filmmaker has delivered several blockbuster hits like PK, 3 Idiots and Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. Rajkumar's latest outing Sanju is going great guns at the box office.

Of late, soon after a film releases and no matter what its fate is at the box office, it sure manages to fetch some money from satellite rights and of course the latest craze being amazon prime videos which has become a one stop destination for all the moviemakers to make some money. Most films are available for online watching within a year after its release.

Deepika's Padmaavat, Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu, Ram Charan's Rangasthalam and Keerthy Suresh's Mahanati are a few of the many films that are now available on Amazon Prime videos.

Guess what? here is an interesting bit of news to cheer you up. Looks like Sanju too is following the same route.

If reports doing the rounds in filmnagar circles are to be believed, then Sanju makers are all set to cash in on the craze for the Sanjay Dutt biopic.

According to reliable sources, Sanju is expected to be available on Amazon Prime Video soon. However we are not sure when or how much Amazon Prime will pay Sanju makers for to grab the film's rights. It is a known fact that Sanju has been receiving a positive response from audiences and critics. The film has also received immense adulation from several Bollywood stars who have been raving about Ranbir's performance.

Sanju is a biopic of Sanjay Dutt and chronicles his life journey, trials and tribulation. Ranbir is over the moon about Sanju's success and the makers even held a success party during which the entire cast of the film was present. Sanju also has an ensemble cast including Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Dia Mirza, Paresh Rawal, Vicky Kaushal and Manisha Koirala in pivotal roles.

Meanwhile, Ranbir will be next seen in Brahmastra which is being helmed by Ayan Mukerji. Ranbir and Alia Bhatt who are said to be dating are gearing up to enthrall the audiences with their on-screen chemistry in Brahmastra. Amitabh Bachchan has been roped in to play a significant role in the film. Recently Big B's pictures on the sets of Brahmastra went viral on various social platforms. Rumors are flying thick and fast that Nagarjuna is likely to play a cameo in the film. Still, an official confirmation about Nagarjuna's role is awaited. Watch this space for more updates.
