Emulate YSR, Raghuveera tells Babu

Andhra Pradesh PCC chief Raghuveera Reddy has a suggestion for Chief Minister designate Chandrababu Naidu.

Raguveera advised Chandrababu to follow the footsteps of late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy who signed on the promised free power scheme the moment he became the CM. "Now, it is your turn to sign on the crop loan waiver file. Only then will the public believe you," he said in Anantapur. 

He recalled that YSR gained public confidence by signing on the free power file which he had promised the public during his election campaign in 2009. 

During campaigning, Chandrababu promised loan waiver for farmers. This promise played an instrumental role in helping him win in Andhra by a slight margin.  

He will be sworn in as the CM of Andhra after June 2.
