Elephants destroy sugarcane crop in Chittoor

A herd of elephants created rampage in the agriculture fields at Devadoddi village in Byreddypalli mandal of Palamaneru Assembly constituency of Chittoor district.

The sugarcane crop was completely destroyed in 10 acres. The villagers complained about the movement of elephants to the forest officials and made efforts to drive away the herd by using trumphets.
