Eclipses can be predicted, not Rahul's return : Prakash Javedekar.

"One can predict a solar and lunar eclipse but not when Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will return to active politics," quipped Union Minister for forests and Environment Prakash Javadekar.Ridiculing Rahul's sudden absence, the minister reminded that Rahul did not attend the all-important budget session. 

Rahul Gandhi has gone low key since February 22 and nothing is known of his whereabouts. Congress sources said he would attend the 'Kisan' rally of the Congress. Both Digvijay Singh and Sonia Gandhi  said he would be back soon and might be present at the Kisan rally on April 19.
