Dy CM comments irk CM supporters

Unable to control his anguish against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Damodara Rajanarasimha on Wednesday hit out at him indirectly at the Congress party conclave organised at the Kotla Vijayabhaskara Reddy stadium in Hyderabad.

Referring to Kiran Reddy, Damodara said: “The Congress party cannot achieve hatrick in the state if we say (nenu) I. It is possible only we say (memu) we. The word (nenu) I indicates Ahamkaram (proud) and we means mamakaram (affection).” Claiming that he was the capable of achieving things, Rajanarasimha said that Dalit leadership only could bring victory for Congress in the state. Giving a shock to the thousands of party leaders, the deputy CM left the meeting in a huff soon after completing his address. Meanwhile, his speech drew criticism from the supporters of Kiran Kumar Reddy.
