DSP suspended for taking leave without intimation

Hyderabad: Telangana Director General of Police Anurag Sharma on Monday suspended a Deputy SP in Regional Office of CID in Cyberabad Commissionerate for remaining absent from duty for around three weeks without intimation.

The DGP issued orders for suspension of P Subba Rayudu from duty due to his alleged irresponsible behaviour and reprehensible conduct by remaining absent without leave or permission for the last twenty days and by not being available over phone to discuss about important High Court matters, an official release said.

The Deputy SP was placed under suspension in public interest. He shall be continued to be under suspension until the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings relating to the charges, the release said. The orders further stated that Subbarayudu shall be at Hyderabad and he shall not leave the headquarters without obtaining prior permission of the Chief Office.
