Dachepalli Like Incidents On Rise in AP: YS Jagan
YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed his concern over the rising cases of crimes in Andhra Pradesh. Reacting to the Dachepally rape incident, the the Leader of Opposition in AP Legislative Assembly held the TDP government responsible for justice being denied to victims and lack of security for girls in the state.

A nine-year-old girl was molested by 55-year-old rickshaw puller at Dachepalli in Guntur district on Wednesday night. The accused is absconding since the incident was reported to the police. The culprit has been identified as Annam Subbaiah. It is learned that Subbaiah lured the girl with chocolates before raping her at his home.
The girl is now in the ICU at Guntur General Hospital.
