Customer care shall be top agenda for personnel, says SCR GM

Customer care shall be the utmost priority for railway personnel, South Central Railway (SCR) General Manager, P K Srivastava said here on Thursday.

Addressing a large gathering of trainees of Zonal Railway Training Institute (ZRTI) at Moula Ali here, which celebrated its 42nd Annual Day, Srivastava stressed on the attitudinal aspect of training so as to make each of the railway employee aware and focused towards serving the customers with care. He appealed to the trainees to start putting in their best from day one of their service and advised them to study hard and equip themselves with required knowledge at the institute during their training, for meeting this goal.

The GM also presented certificates of merit to the toppers of various training batches and announced a cash award of Rs One lakh to the Institute, according to a SCR release.
