Father Killed By Son For Not Changing Channel

In a case of a Drunken Brawl gone bad, A man Killed his father on the spot by hitting him on the head, for not changing the channel at his demand in Nalgonda on Friday.

Govardhan a 60-year-old, who was sitting at his house watching the TV, was interrupted by his drunk son Satish, asking him to change the channel. When The father refused, it turned into an argument that heated up in no time. The son then took a pestle and bludgeoned his father, who suffered a severe head injury and died on the spot.

The neighbours had heard the noise and took a peep to see the father dead. They immediately called the police. The police came to the house and took Satish into custody. They sent the body for postmortem. More details are awaited.
