Suspected Murder Victim’s Body Found Near Piduguralla Rail Tracks

Hyderabad: A man's body was found near the railway tracks at Piduguralla in Guntur district. The deceased have been identified as Mesala Madhu, 20, police said.

Piduguralla Urban CI A Surendra Babu told a leading daily that a case of mysterious death have been registered after his mother registered a missings complaint.

Police have also collected evidence from the spot.

Preliminary investigations showed that Mesala was consuming alcohol with two other friends on Friday night at Piduguralla town.

Police also found several injury marks on his body. His body was later sent to the area hospital for post-mortem.

In a similar incident, a man was found murdered in Hyderabad’s Film Nagar in July this year. Police said that the victim, Prem, was beaten to death by his friends with whom he was smoking ganja.
