Minor Gets Pregnant After Cousin Rapes Her In Krishna 

Krishna: In a horrific incident, a minor girl got pregnant after her cousin allegedly raped her. The incident happened in Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh.

According to police, the accused Mohan Kumar used to lure the 13-year-old girl with chocolates, snacks and other things. He gradually started getting physical with her.

When she got pregnant, Kumar threatened her not to say it to anyone. However, when the parents found out, she disclosed that it was Kumar who has sexually assaulted her.

The parent's approached Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) and aslo lodged a complaint.

"We came here after knowing that a minor girl became pregnant. After gathering full information, we filed a complaint with the police. We informed the matter to our officer. Based on her suggestion, we will admit the girl in our home for better care," ICDS worker Padma told a news agency.

A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
