Baby Crushed To Death After Wall Collapses In Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A 10-month-old baby was killed in Banjara Hills on Wednesday after a wall collapsed from an under-construction building.

The incident took place at 7.30 am in Hakimpet Kunta. As per the details, the under construction wall was situated right next to the baby's home.

The baby, Mahim Qureshi was sleeping on the bed when the wall collapsed and was crushed underneath the wall.

According to the police, the parents of the baby were not in the room at the time of the incident. The baby was rushed to a nearby private hospital but she was declared brought dead.

A case under IPC Section 304-A (causing death by negligence) has been registered against the builder, identified as Raju. The police are yet to make any arrests.
