Birthday Celebrations Turn Tragic For Suryapet Boys 

Hyderabad: Birthday celebrations turned tragic after four students drowned in a lake at Suryapet district of Telangana today. It was at a lake near Kodad town where this incident occurred.

According to the police, 20-year-old Chakrala Praveen was celebrating his birthday for which he and his classmates planed to go to the Veerabhadra Temple. Four of them, including the birthday boy drowned while trying to help their friend Sameer, who had fallen into the lake by accident while washing his hands.

The deceased have been identified as Sameer, Praveen, Bhavani Prasad and Mahendra Simha, all aged 20.
