Ananthapur: A newly wed man disappeared after one month of his marriage. His wife wanted to know his wearabouts and filed a complaint on Wednesday with the Puttaparthi rural police station.

On November 2, Anjaneyulu got married to Gangamma. Later they went to Buggapalli on November 22nd and spent 10 days happily. He suddenly disappeared on December 3rd after 5 pm. His family members searched everywhere but could not found him. His wife asked the police to take immediate steps to travel him. She also requested people to inform about his whereabouts on the numbers 9535238979, 8309975202 if they happened to locate him.

Recently, in a similar incident, Nine minor girls reportedly went missing from a shelter home in the national capital, after which Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Monday directed for the suspension of officials concerned.

According to a letter written by Delhi Commission of Women head Swati Maliwal to Sisodia on Monday, nine girls went missing from Sanskar Ashram for Girls in Dilshad Garden on the intervening night of December 1 and 2. "The shelter home authorities say they have no clue on how and when these girls went missing. Their absence was discovered only in the morning of December 2," Maliwal wrote. An FIR has been registered by the Delhi Police, she said and a probe is underway.
