Hyderabad: A 23-year-old private employee allegedly involved in drug peddling was arrested here today along with his two customers an MBA student and a content writer, police said.

Following a tip off, a police team laid a trap and nabbed Mohammed Shamneed and the two customers from a house in Ramanthapur area and seized 15 LSD blots, 10 grams of heroin, 500 grams of weed from them, Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh M Bhagwat said.

"Shamneed regularly used to go to Goa, where he came to know about LSD blots. He hatched a plan to earn easy money by selling the drugs in Hyderabad at a higher price and used to purchase it from an unknown person for Rs 500 per LSD blot," the Commissioner said.

LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide) is sold in tablets or in liquid form and is known to be one of the most potent 'mood-changing' chemicals. (PTI)
