Villagers Lock Up Cop With Paramour, Video Goes Viral
Chennai: Villagers caught a constable red handed with his parmour at his home in Pavoorchatram of Tirunelveli district. The public then locked the duo up and informed higher officials.
After the villagers locked them in a room, the head constable started abusing the villagers. The video of the constable threatening people and telling them to unlock the room has gone viral after it was widely circulated on Whatsapp.
The head constable Natarajan (35) who has a wife and children left his family and stays alone in Rajeshwari nagar in a rented flat. Meanwhile, he got close to a married woman who came to the police station regarding a land dispute. Since then the duo would meet frequently at his home where he was caught by villagers.
On a complaint lodged by the villagers, SI Dhanalakshmi arrived at the spot and released the constable and the woman.
