Crime Scene To Be Reconstructed In 8-Year-Old Twins Rape Case

Hyderabad: In the sensational rape of case of 8-year-old twins police would reconstruct the crime scenes as part of the investigation and then would carry out the same procedure with their 13-year-old accused brother.

Reportedly, police would first record the girls’ statement before a magistrate under section 164 of the CrPC and then would conduct a test identification parade.

So far, police arrested five persons, which includes Jaffar (40), his 16-year-old son, Pradeep Agarwal, owner of a factory at Katedan, twins' brother and his classmate.

The victims originally hail from Nepal but have been settled in the city and their father works as a clerk in a private company.
