Cops book 3 for attacking Sakshi TV reporter, cameraman

The police in Visakhapatnam booked a case of attempt to murder against the staff of Grandweld Company, which assaulted Sakshi TV reporter and cameraman for exposing their duping of gullible people in the name of providing jobs abroad.
On Friday, the staff and the management of the Grandweld company attacked and injured Sakshi TV reporter Venkat Jagannath and cameraman Sudhakar for exposing the plight of the people of Sompeta who have been duped by the company. On Saturday, the police charged Kolanu Srinu, Paturu Srinivas and Prasad under sections 307, 323, 427, 379 and 506 read with section 37 of the IPC.
The accused are now in police custody.
