‘Congress high command won’t try to sack CM’

Minister for Infrastructure and Investments Ganta Srinivasa Rao has clarified, Congress high command won’t try to sack the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy under any circumstances on Saturday in Vijayawada.

“AP Reorganisation Bill – 2013 will not be passed in Parliament even though it got the nod of the union cabinet”, clarified the minister.

All national parties, including BJP, were opposing the bill, said Ganta. Minister also blamed Group of Ministers for taking the unilateral decisions.

“It is not proper for the union cabinet to approve the bill which was rejected by Andhra Pradesh assembly”, said the minister.

He clarified that he would think of continuing in the party only after a clear picture had emerged on the Telangana bill.
