Cong to question Babu during Janmabhoomi

Andhra Pradesh Congress leaders have decided to question the state government on the problems of the people during the upcoming ‘Janmabhoomi’ program.

Meeting of Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee took place at Indira Bhavan on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, former minister C.Ramachandraiah called upon the party leaders and activists to question the government on loan waiver of farmers, problems of weaver community, oldage pensions and other local problems.

Ramachandraiah demanded convening of an all-party meeting immediately on the prevailing drought conditions in the state.

He said that the reconstitution of PCC executive committee will take place in the first week of October. “Party presidents will be appointed for all districts in the state soon,” said the former minister.

He said that Congress party would field its candidate in the by election for the Allagadda assembly constituency.
