Cong MPs plan to complain to Delhi against CM

A day after the Telangana march and unhappy with the State Government in dealing with the situation, MPs from the region are planning to complain to the party High Command against the Chief Minister, N Kiran Kumar Reddy.

They are likely to send the AICC Secretary, Ponguleti Sudhaker Reddy,as their emissary to Delhi to argue their point with the party national leadership.

Sudhaker Reddy is expected to explain to Delhi leaders on the “success” of the Telangana march, the deep desire of the people of the region and other related issues like the alleged police repression on the protestors.

The Delhi tour of Reddy assumes significance against the backdrop of the reported offer of the Deputy Chief Minister, Damodara Raja Narasimha, to step down and the support he received from the Minister for Panchayat Raj, K Jana Reddy, and Congress MPs from Telangana.

In fact, even the MPs are getting ready to accompany Sudhaker Reddy, to forcefully put forth their line of thinking before the High Command.

Senior party leaders here are of the opinion that the Telangana Ministers in the Kiran Kumar Reddy Government might be forced to quit their posts as the demand for separate state has reached a flash point. Sources here point out that the MPs and the Ministers have already come to an understanding to have a greater coordination among them and move forward with perfect understanding on their issues.
