Computer Operator 'Diverts' Government Funds Worth Rs. 1 Crore

The accused identified as Maanaiah, found 12 cheques in the joint director's office. He promptly stole them and deposited in to several bank accounts. When the cheques were found to be missing, the joint director lodged a police compliant. Maanaiah was caught during police investigations.
