Visakhapatnam: In a shocking incident, devotees of Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in the city found a cockroach in prasadam that was served to them. Just 10 days ago, a devotee found an insect in pulihora prasadam. Furious over this, the devotees lodged a complaint with the Simhachalam Devasthanam.

Meanwhile, locals said that such incidents have become common in the temple ever since the contract for laddus and pulihora preparation was given to private persons.
