‘CM Is Using State Police As TRS Agents’ 

Yadadri: Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is using the state police as TRS party agents and foisted false cases on Congress party cadre, MLC Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy said.

Addressing the media here on Saturday, he said the sanction of Rs 500 crore to the police department is a mere eyewash as the promises made earlier have been conveniently forgotten. "TRS could not tolerate the popularity and public support the Congress has among the masses. The Nalgonda incident is a case in point where cases were filed on Congress workers on false charges," he said. The MLC called on the police personnel that they should work without any fear or favour. "Police personnel should quit their jobs than bow to the whims and fancies of the ruling party," he said.

MLC Rajagopal also went on to question the state government in the gangster Nayeem investigation. "The gangster was killed about nine months ago. His diary is missing and so is the over Rs 1,000 crore that he is alleged to have amassed. There is no mention of the benami properties of Nayeem in the investigations," he said.
