CM gets objection from his own party

Major & Medium Irrigation minister P. Sudarshan Reddy on Monday has objected to Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy seeking postponement of the all-party meeting on the contentious Telangana issue.

Indirectly referring to Kiran Kumar Reddy, the minister said it was not correct to ask  for postponement of the meet. He demanded that the all-party meet be held on December 28 only and there was no problem even if the centre chose to convene the meet earlier than the scheduled date.

It may be recalled here that  Kiran Kumar Reddy and PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana have suggested to the centre that the all-party meeting be postponed as it would clash with the dates of the prestigious World Telugu Conference.

Opposing the move several leaders, including MPs criticized the Chief Minister saying he was behaving like a representative of Andhra region.

Now, Kiran Kumar Reddy's own party minister Sudarshan Reddy is opposing the suggestion.
